Tour Overview
We kick off with an off-road ride through olive groves and vineyards, crossing vibrant Cretan landscapes and rugged trails. It’s the perfect start to explore the island’s wild countryside.
Our first stop is the peaceful Panagia Vilgiotisa Monastery hidden in the forest, followed by a visit to a local olive mill for a tasting and olive oil tour. We then head into dusty mountain paths, gathering herbs, taking photos, and enjoying panoramic views.
The ride ends at Boufos beach in Sisi, where we relax, swim in turquoise waters, and enjoy a traditional seaside lunch. Before returning, we pass through sandy coastal routes and the charming village streets of Sisi.
1st stop: Off-road through the vineyards
We begin with a scenic off-road ride through olive groves and Cretan vineyards, crossing colorful landscapes and enjoying impressive views of the countryside. The route introduces you to the raw nature of Crete from the start.
2nd stop: Panagia Vilgiotisa Monastery
We arrive at the peaceful forest around the historic Panagia Vilgiotisa Monastery. A perfect spot to relax and breathe in the nature before continuing our journey through more rugged terrain.
3rd stop: Olive mill & tasting
We stop at a traditional olive mill to learn how Cretan olive oil is made. You’ll see both traditional and modern techniques and enjoy a small tasting session of local products.
4th stop: Boufos Beach – Swimming & Lunch
We reach Boufos Beach in Sisi where you can swim in crystal-clear waters and enjoy a full traditional lunch by the sea at a local taverna.
5th stop: Through Sisi Village
We end the tour with an off-road coastal ride through narrow streets and sandy trails around the traditional village of Sisi, wrapping up an unforgettable quad safari experience in Crete.
